Thin-skin hybrid base combining a V-looped front for a natural, seamless hairline with a knotted poly base across the rest of the system for improved durability and lifespan.

Fit & Finish

Thin-skin hybrid base: the same 0.04mm V-looped front as our 004 for a soft, natural hairline, combined with a knotted poly base across the rest of the system for extra durability.

Attaches with RUBY or IVORY tape, or a water-based adhesive.

Care & Lifespan

Expect 3–5 months of wear — longer than a fully V-looped system, thanks to the knotted base at the back. Handle gently and avoid high heat — use an adhesive remover for clean-ups.

We recommend replacing every 7–14 days as part of your normal cycle. Full care guidance is in the Academy.

Lifespan depends on hairstyle, styling products, attachment method, and wash frequency — using our recommended styling products helps it last longer. For fast, clean maintenance, we recommend RUBY or IVORY tape or a water-based glue: stronger-hold options can damage the base and shorten its life.

Shipping & Returns

Every order is inspected at our facilities in Europe before it ships, with tracking included. UK delivery in 1–2 working days, EU in 2–5.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch. If a system isn't in UK stock, it ships instead from our EU centre — up to 8 working days.

US orders ship from the UK, transferring first through our EU centre if not held in UK stock, adding up to a week. Outside the UK, EU, or US, email support@capello.co for availability, rates, and timing.

Trust & Discretion

Every order ships in unbranded packaging. No logos, no product name on the label, nothing on the invoice that identifies what's inside.

All units are inspected at our facilities in Europe before dispatch, and formally cleared through customs before leaving Europe — a step most suppliers skip.

Every system uses certified Indian Remy human hair, never a generic blend.

Safety

Every unit undergoes a fumigation treatment as part of import into Europe, reviewed and approved by customs — an extra layer of control most suppliers skip. Documentation available on request.

Fumigation is required because untreated human hair can carry biological contaminants — it's a regulatory condition of import, not an optional step.
