1) Shipping areas

We currently ship to:

United Kingdom (UK)

European Union (EU)

United States (USA)

For deliveries outside these regions, please contact support@capello.co before placing an order so we can confirm availability, shipping options, and timelines.


2) UK orders (no customs or duties charged to the customer)

All UK orders are shipped by CAPELLO. Because we supply UK orders from our own UK fulfilment route, customers will not be charged customs duties or import taxes on delivery.

Delivery times (UK):

In-stock items (UK stock): typically 1–2 working days.

In-stock items supplied from our EU fulfilment centre (Italy): up to 8 working days (this applies when the item is not currently available in our UK stock and is dispatched via our EU fulfilment centre).


3) EU orders (no UK customs or duties)

All EU orders are shipped from our EU fulfilment centre in Italy. EU customers will not be charged UK customs or duties.

Delivery times (EU):

In-stock items: typically 3–5 working days, as stock is already held within Europe.

4) USA orders

We ship to the United States.

For operational and fiscal reasons, certain items may need to be routed through our UK fulfilment centre before being dispatched to the USA.

In particular, when a product is not available in our UK stock and is supplied from our EU fulfilment centre (Italy), the unit is first shipped to the UK for inspection and processing before final dispatch.

This may add approximately 1 additional working week to the delivery timeline.

Final delivery times depend on stock availability and shipping method, and will be confirmed at dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any applicable local import duties or taxes in the USA.


4) Custom (made-to-order) hair systems

Custom / made-to-order hair systems require production time.

Standard production timeline: 8–16 weeks, depending on customer specifications and production planning.

Rush production may be available for an additional charge. Availability and timelines vary by specification.

5) Order processing

Orders are processed on working days (excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email and a dispatch/track-and-trace email once your order ships.

You will receive:
- an order confirmation email
- a dispatch and tracking email once your order ships


6) Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, peak periods). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.


7) Address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
